Katrīna Dimanta & Zeltrači

Katrīna Dimanta comes from a musical family and learned to play several instruments already as a  child (violin, cello, ukulele). She is a singer with a distinctive vocal personality, and her music  combines Latvian songs with pop, country and bluegrass styles. She is active as a solo artist and  has appeared on various TV and entertainment programs. Katrīna has collaborated with well known Latvian musicians such as Igo, composed music for folk dance groups, and participated in  several ensembles, including Imanta Dimanta un Draugi, with whom she has released two albums.Together with her sister Laima, she has also released a summer-themed album titled Celies, Jāņa diena! (Arise, Midsummer Day!), in which folklore material is given a bright, sparkling, youthful sound. As well as collaborations with and. The centrepiece of Dimanta’s solo career is Krāsas (Colours, 2022), an album that features her own compositions and lyrics as well as folksong motifs, expressing a wide range of emotion, from playfulness to personal reflection. Since 2023, Dimanta has been performing with the band Zeltrači, which includes Reinis  Briģis (guitar), Kristaps Strods (bass), Rolands Zelčs (accordion) and Matīss Uškāns (drums). In  2025, Zeltrači released the album Ūsiņš, which features songs for a dance performance of the  same name.
