Latvian National Opera and Ballet under new management

Existing Board member Inese  Eglīte is joined by Sandis Voldiņš and bassbaritone Egils Siliņš as Artistic director and Chairman of the board. Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia selects new board of LNOB in an open contest. It is selected for a period of 5 years and will replace the current Aritistic director and Chairman of the board Zigmars Liepiņš and Board member Daina Markova.
