The 6th International Singing Competition - The Alida Vane Award will be for the junior group (12-22 years old). There will be four different age groups, making this competition ideal for students of music high schools and music academies, as well as students of private institutions, from all over the world.
The competition will be held in two rounds. The qualification round will be online, via video recording. The final round of the competition will be in one of the best, and most modern acoustic concert halls in the Baltic States, the "Latvija" Concert Hall, in Ventspils, judged by a highly professional, international jury.
For those who will not be able to travel due to the current situation, we will offer the option of presenting their live performance online. Applications will be received until the 30 September 2020.
