The nominees in 18 categories for Latvian Music Redording Award "Zelta Mikrofons 2020" (Golden Microphone 2020) were announced in a joyful ceremony held at the First Latvian Rockcafe in Riga on 9th of January.
Nominations for Best Classical album are:

Kreisleriana. Octagon – Reinis Zariņš, piano (SKANI label)
Magnificello – Gunta Ābele, cello (SKANI label)
Evening Impression – Latvian RAdio Choir, Sigvards Kļava, Kaspars Putniņš (SKANI label)
Vasks. Prayer – State Choir “Latvija”, Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Riga, Māris Sirmais, Laura Teivāne (SKANI label)
The winners will be announced on 18th of February during the award ceremony held at the Dailes Theare in Riga.
